Every project starts with a fixed-price audit. You get a written quote before any ongoing work.
- Audit. For a fixed price, agreed before we start, we look at what you run: the software, where it's hosted, and who has access. Then we tell you what we found.
- Written quote. If there's work worth doing, you get a written quote for it before any ongoing work begins.
- The work. Support, fixes, upgrades or a new app: whatever the quote covers, and nothing you didn't agree to.
You can stop after any step. Take the audit and stop there, or stop after the quote. Nothing goes ahead until you say yes to the next step.
Every software job depends on things nobody knows until they look: the code, the hosting and who holds the keys. That's why we don't publish prices. The audit answers those questions first, so the quote is based on your system and not on a guess.
